Fees for the Certificate Courses: 1,300 GB pounds.
Diploma Courses:-
The old Diploma in Training & Development and the old Diploma in HRM are no longer running after the January 2009 intake.
They are replaced by The Diploma in Higher Education in Training & Development and The Diploma in Higher Education in HRM (Forming Year 2 of the new BSc Hons).
These Diplomas can be taken as stand alone diplomas or can be used towards the new BSc Degree.
The Diploma programme covers areas such as:- The Learning Process and the Practice of Training and Development; Organisational Behaviour and Employee Development; Management in Organisations; Training and Management Policy; Personnel and HRM; Culture and the International Context.
The New BSc (Honours) Degree:-
This is a unique integrated course that allows for entry or exit at any level. All levels are respected qualifications in their own right, and together they provide a rigorous academic grounding and a coherent career development pathway.
Year 1 Duration approximately 10 months.
Year 2 Duration 1 year
Year 3 Duration 1 year
