FEATURES OF DISTANCE LEARNING
Distance Learning Courses allow you to work from any location in the world
without the need to attend lectures or tutorials.
Distance Learning allows you to gain excellent academic qualifications and experience
with minimal disruption to your life.
It is especially suited to busy people who wish to increase their knowledge and skills
because it makes possible the combination of study and career development.
Students can learn at their own pace, in any location, at any time.
The materials necessary to complete the courses are provided
and there is no need to purchase extra texts or materials.
University support services online include access to electronic journals, postal loan services, access to databases, discussion boards, modules, recorded lectures and reading materials.
Students are given individual feedback on each assignment submitted.
FLEXIBLE – There are several intakes each year so you don’t have to wait for another academic year to start. You don’t have to put your life on hold or take time out from work to gain qualifications, and consequently don’t have to lose your position or salary. You can also pay fees in instalments.
PORTABLE – There are no timetabled classes or lectures and you can carry the materials with you when you travel.
TRANSFERABLE – You can start here and finish somewhere else, wherever your work or business takes you worldwide.
RELEVANT – Your final research project or dissertation can be in an area that will benefit your organization. During your studies you will be able to put into practice what you have learnt, bringing benefits to the organization even before you finish the programme.
